MadeForMums Awards reveal parenting trends for 2024
Monday 18th March 2024
The MadeForMums Awards are the most rigorously tested parenting product awards in the industry, recognising the best parenting products across over 100 categories covering everything from pushchairs, slings and breast pumps to nappies, pregnancy must-haves and bedside cribs.
Over 900 products were tested by a panel of expert judges and members of the MadeForMums team, as well as nearly 500 family testers who conducted at-home trials. The winning products were chosen from the combined results, taking into account factors such as ease of use, effectiveness, and overall value for money.
Winning products include an 85p Aldi bubble bath that testers said bubbles beautifully and goes a very long way, and an impressive compact-fold pushchair for just over £100 – a third of the price of many of the market leaders.
“Becoming a parent is a joyful and also stressful time, particularly when budgets are tight. The MadeForMums Awards 2024 take some of the stress out of deciding what are the must-haves and what are the nice-to-have extras, helping new parents to focus on the joy of their newborn and spend wisely. The products in our winners list also help with sustainable parenting as they offer parents the chance to be out in nature, buy less and choose their products mindfully.”
